KEY OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB
- Maintain relationship with existing assigned partners and source relevant new partners to achieve the defined business objectives.
- Relationship management with Banks will form a key part of the role.
MAJOR DELIVERABLES:
- Managing partner Relationships: Initiate, develop and maintain relationship with partners, so as to drive the partnership objectives which includes visibility, new customer acquisition and repeat business from customers.
- Achieving Business Objectives: Ensure that the assigned targets are met
- Business Development: Creating a healthy pipeline of partners through proactive sourcing of partners and maintaining relationship with them.
- Delivery of assigned projects: Liaison with internal stakeholders and relevant teams to ensure timely delivery and execution.

Essential Attributes
- Good account relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a methodical and organized way
- Excellent communication skills
- Moderate technology orientation
- Computer savvy
Desirable Attributes
- Ability to work in a fast paced and ambiguous environment.
- Ability to work with multiple internal teams
- Understanding of Payment ecosystem in India and Bank product preferred
- Understanding of e-commerce industry is preferred
