Please note : This position is open for candidates from premier MBA institutes who are currently working in sales (FMCG) and have 2-3 years of sales experience, post MBA and would like to move to a marketing role.
Key Deliverables
- Responsible for devising & implementing marketing mix strategy for I shakti brand and new products.
- Facilitating field force in delivering on annual objectives of Primary / Secondary sales volumes & market share.
- New product development: new concept development, testing: in the frame work of Stage & Gate method.
- Test launch of new product variants and commercial roll outs post evaluation implementation of New Product / Range
- Should be able to identify and articulate Consumer needs thru structured market research. Well versed with various adhoc Quali & Qanti research tools, Brand health monitors.
- Should be able to analyze syndicated data such as AC Nielsen ORG retail audit, household panels, IRS etc.
- Ability to work wholistically with various sections which are associated with Product development such as Innovation centre, Govt. Bodies, Medical fraternity, Field Force, Packaging & commercial , Production
- Ability to co-ordinate with Creative & Media agencies.
- Should be able to analyze primary, secondary sales, Promotions effectiveness
- Good interactive skills , Co-ordination with various resources such as creative agency, packaging suppliers, printers, Free lancers, AOR, field force
- Good communication & presentation skills, well verse with computer utilities
- Should be able to travel.
