Designation: Sr Manager/AVP – L&D

Line of Business: Retail Business (CFAB & TCHFL) & Rural Finance

Proposed Immediate Superior: Business HR Head & Head – L&D

Grade: M4/M5

Key Objective of the Job:

- Build & drive learning and training agenda of Retail Business (CFAB & TCHFL) & Rural Finance.

- Build competencies and capabilities of employees/associates for business and personal development.

- Participate and partner TCL level L & D initiatives and process

Major Deliverables:

- Drive training initiatives for staff in the Retail Business (CFAB & TCHFL) & Rural Finance

- Drive Certification programs for employees in various categories

- Designing new certifications programs

- Develop Budgets & plan for Training Interventions for Retail Business (CFAB & TCHFL) & Rural Finance team

- Develop training and learning data bases for analytics and MIS reporting

- Develop and drive Learning Management Systems , E Learning Platforms , Web ex led training

- Drive training need analysis and effectiveness measurement process

- Identify and network for external training programs for employee participation basis TNA.

- Develop training and L & D initiatives for talent pool

- Develop workshop based training modules for Front Line Staff , Managers and Middle Manager’s

- Develop and announce periodic training calendars along-with TCL Training Calendar

- Implement training program evaluation process for analytics and improvements

- Preparing & Hoisting Online Tests in coordination with IT & Product Teams.

- Implement and enhance L & D related process in TBEM, P CMM, OHSAS for Retail Business (CFAB & TCHFL) & Rural Finance

Specialized job competencies:

- Know how of L & D practices and process

- Training methods and tools

- Knowhow of Financial sector

Educational Qualification: Graduate / MBA (preferred)

Desired Experience:

- 6 to 10 Years of overall work experience of which 3 -4 years should be in training function

- Should have experience in L & D function of Banking & Financial services company

- Should have experience in imparting /conducting training programs for functional /behavioral skills
