Key Objective of the Job :

- To maintain a healthy book size and to build the same.

Major Deliverables :

- Responsible for marketing of Construction Equipment Finance

- To disburse 60 Cr per annum.

- Shall manage a Team of 4 Marketing Executives.

- To take care of 0-60 DPD cases.

- To help remedial in solving higher bucket cases.

- To maintain healthy business relationship with customers, dealers and other associates.

- To maintain constant vigil on competition and report their activities.

- Ensure that all PDD are collected and the team follows all the rules & regulations strictly.

- To ensure highly motivated Team is in place.

- To train and monitor the Team.
