Proposed Immediate Superior: Regional Credit Manager

Designation : Credit Manager

Key Objective of the Job:

- Credit Underwriting for home equity loan .

Major Deliverables:

- Financial Analysis.

- Thorough knowledge of Legal and technical aspect of properties in Delhi/NCR.

- Quality Underwriting.

- Vendor Management.

- To maintain TAT for all processes.

- Volume of Files processes and Portfolio quality.

Specialized job competencies:

- Good understanding of loan against property credit.

- Underwriting as per the Credit Policy.

- Maintain TAT for procession of files and credit quality.

- Knowledge of properties, industry and market.

Educational Qualification:

- Preferably Chartered Accountant.

- MBA (Finance) will also be considered.

Desired Experience:

- Minimum 2 to 5 years experience in Credit Underwriting

- Preferable have handled Credit Underwriting for LAP loan

Other desired attributes:

- Understanding of Financial Documents.

- Legal and technical aspect regarding properties.

- Financial Analysis.

- Credit Analytical Skills and sound market knowledge.
