Business Vertical: Private Equity   Line of Business: Private Equity  Department: Private Equity - REITs/Real Estate Fund   Proposed Immediate Superior (Designation): Head - Real Estate Fund   Designation: AVP  Grade: L05  Key Objective of the Job:  - Work with Tata Group companies finance executives to examine the feasibility of REITs  - Track and understand SEBI, RBI and CBDT regulations on REITs  - Basic understanding on legal issues on property matters  - Work with lawyers, tax advisors, property valuers and investment banks to create the offering documents for the REIT IPO  - Interacting with foreign investors for private placement of REIT units  Major Deliverables:  - Cost/benefit analysis of REITs   - Interacting with group companies to source properties for REITs  - Interacting with investors and generating interest for REITs  - Interacting with lawyers and other intermediaries for regulatory aspects of REITs  Educational Qualification: CA/MBA  Desired Experience:  - Work experience in other Tata group cos preferred  - Real estate or infrastructure experience preferred  - Knowledge of key financial market regulations  - Private equity experience preferred  - Legal knowledge, review of agreements preferred  Other desired attributes:  - Positive attitude  - Hard working, willing to go the extra mile  - Team player  Location: Mumbai   Number of Positions: 1
