Position
This position will report to the Director of Sales and will be responsible for developing and guiding the implementation of the account specific business plan; achieving account profitability and sales targets; serving as the primary account contact; providing account leadership.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for strategy, Solutioning, planning & execution of business development activities to expand our business within key accounts.
- Requires a deep understanding of the Client’s business, systems and processes that touch products and capabilities.
- Represents a knowledgeable, efficient, and professional image of TBSS to the clientele by handling business in a respectful and professional demeanor.
- Engage with our Technology leaders and solution experts to deliver cutting edge solutions to clients, Focus on expanding our portfolio of solutions & professional services in that account,
- Be responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships & Account Management, and will have a combination of new business development and existing business expansion responsibilities.
- Proactively introduce solutions / ideas to clients to help improve their business performance.
- Proactively conduct strategic account reviews with all assigned customers on a regular basis to review service needs and usage trends.
- Forecast, budget and track account revenues and cost
Person Specification
These opportunities are highly visible within the organization and we are looking for seasoned Account Managers / Engagement Managers / Program Managers / Relationship Managers with expertise in creating solutions focused on the BPO space to join us and help grow our BPO client relationships. Subject Matter Expertise in the BPO domain is necessary to perform this role. We need smart, experienced individuals that can clearly demonstrated success in expanding existing client partnerships.
- Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills
- Domain experience
- Executive-level engagement experience with Account Management experience
- Versatile in being able to play a variety of roles: Program Manager, Oversight, Advisor to client executives
- Demonstrated skills in achieving sales, profitability, and budget goals
