Position Summary
The Marketing manager will be joining a newly formed function and will be responsible for driving the strategy formulation and execution of the marketing strategy of the firm in partnership with internal business units, external agencies including US consultants. In association with Sr Leadership, the person will be responsible for formulating the marketing strategy of the company for its expansion in the US and dominance in India. This will be a very challenging role as it will require communication skills, thought leadership, stakeholder management, creativity, project management and change management skills.
Role & Responsibilities
- Revamp and Maintenance of TBSS Website
- Create Marketing brochures and external communication requirements
- Streamlined Vendor relationships
- Support various divisions on their Communication requirements including preparing case studies
- Opportunity Management with industry associations
- Support to Internal and external events
- The role will require the person to create a multi-channel marketing strategy with specific focus on Digital Marketing.
- The strategy formulation exercise will be driven by this person and will be expected to collaborate with senior leadership, external management consultants and marketing/creative agencies.
- The execution of the strategy will require the ability to project manage multiple priorities, excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Co-coordination and execution of strategies of engaging with, coaching and counseling senior leadership on messaging and contemporary communications practices.
- Support Head corporate communication with proactive thoughtful communication strategies and outreach.
Person Specifications
MBA/ PGDM (from top B-Schools)
The person MUST BE great communicator with demonstrated evidence of getting their hands dirty in creating powerpoints, case studies, marketing brochures etc. Experience in Digital marketing (Content, Social Media, SEO/SEM) with specific experience in the US geography is a must. Innovative use of technology and strategy will be a key differentiator. Manager must have minimum 3 years experience and Senior Manager 5 years in Marketing in IT/BPO industry is necessary with preference for candidates with international experience
