- Create and implement strategic vision for the company learning and development function. Provide and oversee organization development and change management interventions ; Promote leadership development throughout the organization
Role & Responsibilities
- Leading the Function Provide long term organizational training and development vision and strategy Work with the Learning Council to uncover and prioritize training Organizational development needs that align with business goals and results
- Propose and manage organization's training plan and budget, Set direction for learning technology; Allocate resources and ensure talent optimization Conduct benchmarking, track industry trends and incorporate them into learning strategy
- Oversee development and implementation of standards, policies, and procedures for function Lead a highly experienced team of learning and development professionals
- Set standards for development of policies, procedures, standards, and templates Measure and report results to executive management
- Provide organizational career development Provide organizational talent management
- Development Identify long term executive development approaches and programs to support executive growth and succession planning Consult on individual development plans for executives including assessments and coaching Develop, deliver, and/or procure leadership development programs to meet organizational needs at all levels
- Promotes a culture of integrity, caring and continuous improvement Organization Development Provide and oversee organization development and change management interventions

Person Specification
- The Head L&D is responsible for the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs that facilitate professional development and continuous learning of employees across the organization. This position typically reports to the Chief of Human Resources.
- A Strategic L & D Professional, passionate about developing people, strong background in identification, facilitation and implementation of strategic learning interventions at an organizational level. Demonstrated experience and effectiveness in driving organization development initiatives. Experience in identification of training needs and planning competency development. Experience in evaluating and enhancing product, process and soft skills training effectiveness in training of front-line resources.
- Superior verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills Demonstrated ability to plan and execute training in an ever-changing environment
Minimum 14-18 years’ experience with managing teams in the organization development, leadership development, and adult learning functions required.
Qualification: MBA/ Post Graduate, Certifications in L&D, P Hd in L&D, education, organization development, business, or related fields will be preferred.
