Job Summary: Responsible for scanning the market for prospective businesses and generating new clients from Indian Market.
Broad Responsibilities/ Major Deliverables:
- Generating business opportunities in assigned territories
- Generation of Leads, First level client interaction.
- Facilitate and Manage Client visits.
- Scan the market for RFPs issued by companies in the geography region for Business Process Outsourcing.
- Obtain the RFPs and facilitate preparation of appropriate responses to the RFPs and ensure timely submission of the responses.
- Interface with the consultants, industry bodies for identification of business development opportunities.
- Provide regular industry related updates and developments to the MIS team for development of competitive intelligence.
- Close deals by closely working with internal & external stake holders.
- Responsibility of identification of information assets and take part in the risk assessment & risk treatment of the same.
Person Specification:
Qualifications: Any Graduate/ Preferably and MBA
Experience: 6+ Years of Experience in Lead Generation/Business Development in BPO domain.
