- End to end recruitment
- Extensive experience in hiring for the corporate verticals
- Ensure recruitment against vacancies as per defined turn-around-times
- Manage recruitment expenses within prescribed cost budgets
- Develop sourcing options for recruitment within cost budgets
- Liase with Business HR partners for inputs and updates
- Manage role in line with group framework and country requirements
- Use available tools /options to source candidates as per defined job descriptions

Education: Full time MBA in HR with minimum 1-2 years of relevant TA experience
