Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Responsible to identify the need for training
- Interacting with employees
- Get together meet
2. Responsible to give training for clients
- Collect the information about clients who undergo training
- Deciding the training topics
- Deciding the constraints ( time, accommodation, budgeting, etc..)
3. Responsible to Bridge the gap between internal client and external client
- Offering employees the chance to socialize with colleagues at organized team, team building activities.
- Operating an open door policy
- Providing high quality training and development
