Profile : Management Trainee / Deputy / Senior Manager - Aviation

Job Description :

- Underwriting of new and renewal Aviation insurance business,

- Application of rating tools, Risk evaluation and proper Underwriting judgement.

- Collaborating with internal /external stakeholders to grow the portfolio and deliver profitable underwriting results.

- Management and development of client and broker relationship.

- Filing of new products.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities :

- Engineering background from tier I/II college - preferably Aviation / mechanical / electrical

- Could be a fresher (for Management Trainee), but if experienced, then up to 6 / 8 years work experience, preferably in Aviation or Aviation Insurance industry

- Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, analytical and problem solving skills

- Ability to develop and implement underwriting and marketing strategies to grow the business.
