- Analysis of manpower Requirement and sourcing the candidate as per company policies
- Salary Negotiation, Manpower Manning in the Kerala Region, screening CVs and maintaining records co-ordination with HO and Co coordinating in Recruitment & Selection matters.
- Responsible for releasing Offer letter with salary structure and Appointment Letter's
- Responsible for the complete joining and orientation formalities of new employees.
- Joining Kit quality Check
- Setting-up KPI and KRA of the Region
- Employee Relations ,Training and development, Employee communication and Employee Engagement activities
- Maintaining Attrition level as per Regional Budget.
- Payroll Management and salary Advance release as per company policy.
- Approval of Laptop to RO Employees, Issuing ID cards, E-mail id , Uniforms
- Certified Appraiser in conducting Appraisal, ADC promotion and Process of Performance Appraisal.
- Conducting Exit Interview and getting feedback from the Employees
