1. Meeting monthly revenue and policy target.
2. Daily 3 to 4 performance review calls with sales teams (location wise)
3. Calls with P&S and sales coordinators to drive performance/gather support required
4. Sending Tollgate/other relevant reports and data insights to concerned teams
5. Coordinating with PT/extract team for RN and price related concerns
6. Coordinating with Call centre for leads and closure status
7. 10-15 Producer interactions monthly
8. Drive new initiatives on premium base, business type etc
9. Monthly reviews with channel heads
10. Meeting with BIU and PT team on new initiatives like propensity model, upsell
11. Ensuring sales team receives timely extract/RN/payment links
Salary range - 10-20 LPA
