Tata AIG - Chief Manager - Data Analyst

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Retention Analytics and Automation team. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging data analytics and automation techniques to drive insights, streamline processes, improve operational efficiency and drive retention for SME Business.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Build Complete understanding of Insurance domain's Data structures, Measure of success parameters

- Engagement Drives and Monthly / Quarterly Reviews with Stakeholders

- Propose solutions and strategies through data insights to business challenges to drive Retention

- Determine analytical approaches and modeling techniques to evaluate scenarios and potential future outcome to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability.

- Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business requirements and drive Retention

- Data Management - Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes

- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to data analytics and automation.

- Proactively identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

- Insurance Domain Knowledge - Preferred

- BE/Btech from Premier Institute

- Minimum 3 years experience as Data Scientist/Data Analyst

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

- Python / R Experience - Preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus

- Strong knowledge of advanced analytics tools and languages to analyze large data sets from multiple data sources
