- Min 3 years of experience in Business solutions & Operations involved in entire gamut of activities such as Business Analyst, Partner On boarding, Process Excellence, Audit, Project & Stakeholder Management - Coordination with Partners and Internal stakeholders (Ops, Legal, Finance, Claims, Endorsement, Grievance, Contact Centre) for smooth and quick Partner On boarding (Project plan, Process Solution, BRD Creation, IT Development, UAT and Implementation) - Documenting all newly created processes in the form of SOPs and taking sign offs from all relevant stakeholders - Knowledge Transition - Process/Application knowledge sharing, conducting live sessions and Trainings for business users and supporting teams post project go-live - Contributing to new project requirements, identification of business issues, areas of improvement in processes and business improvement - Identify inefficiencies in processes and initiate process improvement projects to reduce overall operational costs
