1. Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats

3. Construct workflow charts and diagrams;

4. Creating Test Scenarios

5. Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions

6. Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews with stakeholders

7. Perform one round and testing and anchor business UAT.

8. Facilitate business sign-offs
