TATA AIA Life Insurance - Senior Product Manager

Position : Senior Manager Product Management (Life Insurance Only)

Location : Mumbai Lower Parel

Role Summary :

- The candidate will be responsible to take care of the complete product life cycle including product ideation, product development, and filing and approval process with the regulator.

- Study existing and revision in regulations to ensure compliance and suggest changes in processes. Lead internal and statutory audit requirements.

Life Cycle Management (Base Products & Riders) :

- Initiate new product ideation, development and implementation

- Tracking product performance and market analysis of both local and International products

- Anchor complete product filing process with feedback from all stakeholders

- Preparation of product documents - Specs, sales literatures, contracts etc in line with the regulatory and internal requirements.

- Process Adherence : Ensure timely completion of RCSA, Compliance Report, Resolution and Closure of open items in breach report, Manage TBEM requirements and processes, Ensure IRDA circulars are shared with team and implementation of required changes

Technical :

- Strong knowledge of products across categories :

- Finance / Insurance industry awareness

- Presentation, skills, Analytical and Excel skills

- Problem solving skills

- Good Knowledge of MS Office

- Process understanding of Life insurance business

- Understanding of basic life insurance regulations
