Position Title - Corporate Relationship Manager

Key Result Areas
Achieve the FYP budget for the year through GTL and EDLI and other Group products, in the designated geographical area
- Make the specified number of calls
- Bring in the assigned number of proposals
- Close the budgeted number of cases
- Generate the amount of premium targeted
Acquire new clients & interact with them
- Natural Market Calls/ Database Calls/ Cold calling and acquiring contacts for prospective new clients
- Making the first call and making a presentation of the benefits of the plan
- Meeting the likely policy administrators to convince them of the plan
- Taking data from the clients and presenting a draft proposal to them
Customer acquisition
- Following up with clients after submitting proposal to ensure that the case is closed
- Building rapport with the clients within and outside their workplace
Generate cross sales business
- Cross sell and up sell to existing clients in the first year of business with the client
Sales support to the agents in sales call
- Assist the agents in their sales call to enable closure of prospects.
MIS and reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports regarding number of calls made
- Maintain pipelines and trackers of companies
Qualifications:
- Post Graduate with 5+ years of exp / Graduate with 8+ years of exp
