BUSINESS UNIT: Life Insurance Sales

Position Summary:

- Recruit & direct Business Associates in building the team of advisors and following the mechanism of regular interventions / feedbacks, etc to help them achieve the Business targets

- Ensuring adherence to organizational policies / procedures while recruiting, policy logging, issuance etc.

- Ensuring good quality business to achieve the required persistency standards

Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position)

- Graduate with min 5 Years exp /Postgraduate with min 3 years of exp

- Experience in sales & building distribution
