Roles and Responsibilities:

- Implementing effective sourcing strategies in line with local and global business and category strategies while ensuring suppliers have the capability and capacity to meet current and future business requirements.

- Supplier selection and performance: TCO Savings, Payment terms, OTD, Quality, lead time, budget target settings, and follow up for continuous improvement.

- Providing and maintaining standard terms in purchase contracts/terms and conditions in line with Company directives and guidelines.

- Designing and implementing cost-out programs and/or processes to reach annual savings and operational cost reduction targets.

- Verify cost and pricing calculations and maintain accurate project books and records, including SAP data.

- Develop and implement commercial strategies and assist in pricing analytics for benchmarking and competitors' analysis for price trends.

- Track & report key functional metrics to reduce expenses & improve effectiveness. Control spending, build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

- Education: Graduation in Mechanical/Electronics / Electrical Production/Industrial (Mandatory); Postgraduate degree (Mandatory- MBA in Supply Chain Management, General, Imports & Exports Management, etc.).

- Experience: 02~05 years in procurement and supply chain management, including direct parts procurement and sourcing in Mechanical and Electronics part.

- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

- Sound knowledge of materials engineering, metal market rates, manufacturing processes, labor rates & manufacturing burden rates & overheads at various locations will be an added advantage.

- Strong Data Analytics and Continuous Improvement mindset with demonstrated negotiation skills in a multicultural, global business environment.
