Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Lead Instructional Design of Org wide and Bespoke Programs.
2. Business SPOC from L&D for specific divisions
3. Engage closely with both business and HR stakeholders to ensure strong understanding of the business context
4. Adept at understanding customer needs and facilitating discussions with various stakeholders. Continuously work across stakeholder groups to gain buy-in and design and deliver programs /initiatives
5. Excellent organization and planning skills - this will require planning, organizing and coordinating, negotiating, establishing effective cross-team relationships, prioritization, and delivery against objectives.
6. Ability to provide cost optimised solutions while maintaining a focus on quality, applicability and efficiencies
7. Oversee all operational activities for L&D: vendor management, LMS, analytics and reporting etc. Strengthen internal processes for branding and communication, needs identification, driving nominations, internal facilitator management and reporting dashboards and metrics. Identify opportunities for ongoing process improvements and drive team to implement such projects
8. Track metrics to monitor performance and effectiveness of team's deliverables.
9. Understanding of Learning Technology and able to leverage digital platforms and tools to enhance user experience and efficiency
