Exp: 6 to 12 years experience
The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should have experience managing HR business partnering role.
Responsibilities:
1. Partner with business leaders and other support functions to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce.
2. Leads and/or supports annual HR cycle deliverables, which will include performance management; rewards and recognition, awards; etc.
3. Partnering with HR and business leaders to design organizational structures to meet business needs and enhances career opportunities for employee
4. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
5. Partners with leadership to align HR strategy to business strategy and Provide HR Guidance when appropriate.
6. Develop and nurture partnerships through human resources to bridge the divide between management and employees.
7. Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances for the business unit.
8. Maintain awareness of the culture, plans, financial position, and the business units under the HR purview.
9. The individual will implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.
10. Developing and administering a process that focuses on building bench strength to meet current and future business needs.
11. Serving as a resource to recruiting and business partners in the identification of candidates for critical roles.
12. Identifying and analyzing organization effectiveness opportunities and recommending initiatives that address global opportunities based on business strategy.
