Objectives
- Responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers in Engineering Services by comprehending their requirements.
- Serve as a lead resource for managing customer demand in Engineering services
- Work on standard base costing for the product line along with Engineering and COE team. Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and customized orders
- Measure project and operational success using business-oriented KPIs and effectively communicate to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Identify customer needs and requirements to promote the company's Engineering Services solutions.
- Know and understand the organization's strategic directions.
Major Deliverables
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients.
- Negotiating the proposal with customer to gain the customer approvals.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
- Performing new business project analysis based on business case approach of various projects with the company's strategy and visions.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
