What will you do :
- Take on the primary role as the main point of contact for managing all matters related to existing customer accounts. Cultivate and sustain robust and enduring client relationships
- Manage the process of reconciling accounts and compile, generate, and distribute sales reports on a monthly, semi-annual, and annual basis. Predict and monitor crucial account metrics
- Address daily client inquiries, manage escalations and fulfil requests. Ensure the prompt and successful delivery of our solutions, aligning with the customer's requirements and objectives.
- Serve as a bridge between various internal teams (including Program Management, Customer Service, Product Development, and Operations departments) to enhance the overall customer journey
- Communicate the advancement of monthly/quarterly projects to both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement, drive engagement & wellness activities with existing clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
What we are looking for :
- Graduate with 5+ years of experience in Business Administration, Sales or a relevant field with hands-on experience with P&L and reconciliations
- Proven work experience as an Business Development, Sales Account Manager or relevant role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level - Good knowledge of MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Experience handling day-to-day client escalations and delivering client-focused solutions to meet the needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail - Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Open to Travel
