As the Director of Talent & Learning and Development (L&D), you will lead the strategy and execution of L&D initiatives to foster employee growth and organizational success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic L&D Leadership: Partner with senior leadership across businesses to develop and implement learning strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring a culture of continuous learning across all levels of the workforce.
- Learning Needs Assessment: Conduct assessments to identify skills gaps and development needs for both field force and desk worker employees, translating these insights into actionable training programs.
- Training Program Development: Design, deliver, and evaluate engaging training programs, leadership development initiatives, and workshops to enhance employee skills, improve performance, and drive career progression.
- Performance and Growth: Develop programs that are linked to talent and performance management processes, aligning employee growth with organizational goals and providing learning opportunities that support career development.
- Technology-Driven Learning: Leverage technology to develop innovative learning solutions, including e-learning platforms, virtual training, and mobile learning, ensuring scalable and accessible learning opportunities.
- Change Management Support: Lead learning initiatives that support organizational change, helping employees and teams transition smoothly through business transformations.
- Leadership Development: Create targeted leadership programs that nurture future leaders, preparing them for key roles and responsibilities within the organization.
- L&D Metrics and Evaluation: Utilize data-driven insights and feedback to measure the effectiveness of learning programs, continuously improving them based on employee needs and business results.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: A seasoned L&D professional with 10-15 years of experience in designing and leading L&D / talent management initiatives across diverse industries, with experience in both front-line and corporate roles.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to align L&D strategies with organizational goals, demonstrating an understanding of how employee development impacts business success.
- Innovative Mindset: Experience in using cutting-edge learning technologies and creative approaches to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and influence organizational change.
