Brief about the Team:

The team would work closely with other teams, such as Project Management, Development, Operations, and Quality Assurance, to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently, meet the desired objectives, and adhere to the organization's standards and protocols.

What will you do:

1. Collaboration & Implementation:

- Collaborate with the business development team to understand client requirements and develop customized diagnostic solutions

- Design and implement operational strategies to drive growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maximize operational efficiency

2. Data Analysis:

a) Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure operational effectiveness

b) Develop data-driven insights to optimize operational processes, improve resource allocation, and enhance overall performance

3. Program Management:

a) Oversee the end-to-end execution of diagnostics programs, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgetary requirements

b) Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including logistics teams, and customer support, to ensure seamless program implementation

c) Monitor program performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to achieve program goals

What we are looking for:

a) Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus

b) 2-5 Years Proven experience in operations management, program management, or a related role, preferably in the diagnostics or healthcare industry

c) Excellent problem-solving and solutioning skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative operational solutions

d) Proficiency in data analysis, using tools such as Excel, or data visualization platforms, to derive actionable insights

e) Exceptional project and program management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines

f) Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences

g) Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

h) Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams to achieve operational excellence

i) Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results
