Brief about the Team:

The team would work closely with other teams, such as Project Management, Development, Operations, and Quality Assurance, to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently, meet the desired objectives, and adhere to the organization's standards and protocols.

What will you do:

- Identify areas of improvement in Diagnostics first & mid mile operations & lead end-to-end projects to improve the overall operations

- Manage internal and external stakeholders and get their support to ensure on-time tasks/milestone completions

- Act as first mile POC for cross-functional teams and provide support in the execution of cross-functional projects

- Handle operations data, analyze it, and draw insights from it

- Work on Google Sheets, Data Studio, and SQL to help automate the reports and data visualization

- Prepare biweekly presentations for leadership updates

What we are looking for:

- Self-starter with great stakeholder management skills

- Comfortable with data and good data analysis skills, preferably knows SQL

- Good presentation skills and good with making ppts

- Team player and able to take charge whenever required

- 2-4 years of experience in central operations or Project management

- MBA in operations from Tier 2/3 college or B. Tech from tier 1/2 college
