Fulfilment Operations Management:

- Oversee Pan India fulfilment centers, ensuring seamless, high-efficiency operations.

Process Optimization & Operational Excellence:

- Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to enhance throughput, productivity, and accuracy.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse, high-performing team of fulfilment centre managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

- Conduct structured training programs on Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen to drive process efficiency.

- Identify and groom high-potential employees for the leadership roles

Performance & Cost Optimization:

- Monitor and enhance key KPIs by implementing continuous improvement initiatives, driving operational excellence, and elevating supply chain performance

- Leverage data-driven decision-making to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Customer Experience & SLA Compliance:

- Ensure on-time, error-free order fulfilment, exceeding customer and SLA expectations.

- Implement proactive measures to reduce returns, order errors, and delays.

- Manage escalations with swift service recovery plans

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
