Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.

- Develop and implement employee relations strategies to foster a positive work culture.

- Manage performance management systems, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.

- Design and execute HR policies, staff development programs, and training initiatives.

- Collaborate with other departments to align HR practices with organizational objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.

- Expertise in HR policy development and staff training initiatives.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive HR transformation.

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Social Welfare, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience in a financial advisory or professional services firm is a plus.
