- TaskUs is seeking a Senior Manager of Equity and Compensation who will work closely with the VP of Global Total Rewards on the design, implementation, and administration of executive rewards and equity programs. In addition, this role will be responsible for managing global broad-based compensation initiatives, including global job architecture, salary, short-term incentives, equity incentives, sales incentives, and recognition programs. This role will proactively identify and drive initiatives to improve the company's compensation programs. This role will establish partnerships with experts in Legal and Finance, and will collaborate with team members and company leadership to ensure the company's executive compensation programs are aligned with the Total Rewards strategy and market best practices.

Responsibilities (including, But Not Limited To):

- Assess, design, and implement existing and new executive and equity compensation programs for competitiveness, effectiveness, legal and regulatory compliance, and alignment with shareholder interests.

- Partner with the executive compensation consultant to the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors in developing analysis of plan design alternatives, expense and implications, market compensation studies, and competitor proxy analysis.

- Participate in the development of meeting materials for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.

- Manage relationship with stock plan administrator and oversee all related activities, including administration and required reporting of global equity plans and employee stock purchase plans.

- Partner with Legal to develop and review Section 16 forms and annual proxy / CD&A filings. Gathers, organizes, and prepares data for proxy and other required regulatory filings and develops supporting documentation and information for internal audit review.

- Manage the company's stock based compensation expense including new hire and annual stock refresh guidelines. Maintains metrics around stock based dilution and burn rate trends.

- Coordinate and partner with Legal on the company's insider trading policy, including blocking and allowing trades for individuals

- Partner with recruiting, people and rewards leadership, and hiring managers to develop compelling executive new hire and promotion offer recommendations.

- Ensure executive compensation and equity program materials are available, accurate, complete, and prepared on a timely basis.

- Provide excellent customer service, guidance, and training to people partners and equity plan participants related to accessing and understanding equity grants, stock transactions, and related topics.

- Lead or assist with ongoing compensation initiatives and projects and handle ad hoc assignments as requested.

- Lead the Annual and Mid-Year Compensation planning process and all related work streams. This includes design, process development, resource allocation, project management, and communication planning.

- Lead job architecture.

- Manage the annual market analysis, including survey participation, market pricing practices, salary structures, budget recommendations and involvement in data preparation, data analysis, development and delivery of observations, and recommendations to HR leadership and Finance.

- Partner with the VP of Global Total Rewards to design and implement the corporate incentive plan.

- Champion the company's compensation philosophy and partner across Human Resources and the business to ensure compensation programs are designed and delivered in alignment with compensation, total rewards, and HR objectives.

- Provide strategic leadership related to compensation issues and solutions ranging from individual employee recommendations to unique compensation program interventions (e.g., retention programs, one-time payments, off-cycle increases, etc.).

- Influence the direction and design innovative solutions for compensation programs by understanding the business, anticipating, and diagnosing client needs, and utilizing best practice knowledge.

- Lead M&A activities related to Compensation, including participation in due diligence, leading job mapping, and incentive plan and systems integration.

Qualifications :

- Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience preferred.

- 12+ years of related professional experience

- 8+ years of compensation experience in a global publicly traded company, including executive compensation experience

- Knowledge of tax, accounting, legal, and regulatory regulations impacting executive compensation

- Knowledge of SEC and proxy advisory policies and practices

- Experience in the preparation of the annual Proxy including CD&A content and summary compensation tables

- Experience with the design and structure of equity stock plans (restricted stock, ESSP, performance shares, etc.) and interfacing with the equity administration team

- Strong business and financial acumen, demonstrated project management skills, outstanding written and verbal communications skills

- Independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented; excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to effectively deliver difficult messages and drive change, while building and maintaining relationships across the business and at all levels in the organization

- Advanced spreadsheet (Excel, Google Sheets) and strong slide show presentation skills (PowerPoint, Google Slides)

Preferred:

- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional), CEP (Certified Equity Professional), and/or CECP (Certified Executive Compensation Professional

- Experience with Mergers and Acquisition due diligence, executive offer development, and integration

- Vendor management experience

- Workday knowledge
