As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it will lead to one thing: oversee and direct the activities of a number of campaigns along with all Operations Managers, Team Leaders and Staff assigned to his campaigns.
As an Operations Director, you are responsible for a wide spectrum of responsibilities and must be able to multitask with ease and proficiency. You are also responsible for regular and often daily interactions with all the company departments/campaign team leaders and the whole management team. You will maintain an open line of communication between staff and senior management. You will manage and staff the operations assigned. You will be responsible for all aspects of operations which include but are not limited to monitoring operations staffing, providing temporary coverage and training; provision of excellent clientele service, problem resolution, and the like. You will develop individual and team goals and implement plans to carry out objectives.
You will also guide the Operations Managers in meeting all team & individual goals. You will ensure compliance with all established policies and procedures. You will assist the VP for Operations in crafting operations procedures.

Requirements:
- So, what is it we're looking for? Well, since this is a director post, we need someone who already has the skills to even call themselves one. So we need someone with at least 3 years of experience in the related field preferably director or VP level specializing in BPO Operations and Management or equivalent.
- We need someone who has handled at least 1,000 FTEs and we need someone who has strong computer skills especially in using MS Office applications. We need someone who has a good track record of meeting and delivering targets. We need someone who can articulate themselves well both verbal and written.
- We need someone who can build productive business relationships with clients, someone who has strong organizational, analytical, and managerial skills. We need someone who possesses a professional, courteous, and resilient attitude.
