Responsibilities:
As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full recruitment life cycle for technical, non-technical, and leadership roles at Tars. Your goal will be to minimize the time to hire critical positions without compromising quality.
- Help in recruitment operations with the corresponding team leads and managers
- Help maintain hiring pipelines and take ownership of executing it from shortlisting, interviews, culture/hr round, offer negotiation, and offer rollout.
- Managing Operations of Hiring (JD Release, candidate selection, Interviews) Extending Offer Letter Following up before Joining
- Manage end-to-end employee experience from onboarding to off-boarding, in partnership with team leads.
- Oversee and scale our current onboarding structure and talent acquisition strategies.
Requirements
Skills & Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition with proven results in building a great team.
- Ability to set up the process to bring efficiency in the hiring process.
- Be a self-starter who thrives in a rapidly growing organization and establishes best practices.
- Design and execute short-term and long-term recruitment strategies to source passive candidates for tough-to-fill positions and creatively source for niche roles
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
- Show an ability to challenge conventional approaches and a willingness to build a unique approach.
- Team player who can jump in and support the team on a variety of topics and tasks
- You share our values, and work in accordance with those values
