SENIOR DELIVERY MANAGER – ECOMMERCE :

PRIMARY FUNCTION
- Taking complete delivery ownership of multiple projects or programs and of managing/leading large teams up to 70 people). Exceptional people handling skills, including, conflict resolution, team motivation, and people development. Develops implements and/or supports systems in partnership with a Target Corporation business process area. To build relationships and establish credibility with Minneapolis in your area.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Taking complete delivery ownership of multiple, large customer accounts, preferably in the US. Exposure, other countries is an added advantage.
- Leading large teams upto 70 people.
- Manage Large and complex projects with 4 or more projects managers engaged with potential vendor partners
- Conflict resolution, team motivation, and people development.
- Client management, including, account management and building deep relationships.
- Planning and budgeting actual and projections for the Delivery Unit and manage against the same.
- Inspire and pull together the talents of multidisciplinary teams
- Appreciating teamwork
- Managing crises and working under pressure when required; keeping team motivated and focused on team goals
- Having creative approach to problem-solving and project management in general.
Requirements:
- Minimum 13 years of total experience.
- Currently managing teams of at least 50+ people with the ability to influence team members at all levels.
- Minimum 7 – 8 yrs of Supervisory Experience, out of which a required 6 years of managing Managers.
- Knowledgeable of all aspects of project management, financial management, resource management, status reporting, issue management, change control, etc.
- Understands the technology, and the application of technology to our business
- Understands the complete SDLC life cycle
- Strong verbal, presentation and written communications skills for Senior management audiences
- Good interpersonal, problem solving, reasoning and analytical skills
- Good negotiation skills, planning and organizational skills
- Self-starter with self-initiative and direction; Works well independently
- Excellent collaborator. Excels at partnering with others to achieve desired results.
- Highly flexible. Proven success in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity.
