- Prospect Visits:. Ensure the team visits all prospects and monitor visit accuracy.. Conduct detailed checks on BDAs, with back office support for additional reviews
- Planning and Coordination:. Develop and implement a sales and revenue business plan.
- Plan and coordinate outstation and local travel for effective customer engagement.. Share daily and weekly visit plans with flexibility for adjustments.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain regular contact with key customers and manage inquiries and complaints.
- Build and expand the sales network across various segments
- Monitoring and Reporting:. Ensure timely follow-up on visits and sales activities.
- Conduct market research and maintain client information.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the Sales Head.
- Strategic Development:. Develop marketing strategies for new and pipeline products.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses to ensure target achievement.
