Key Responsibilities:

Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, assess market trends, and provide strategic insights to strengthen ERP sales, particularly in the Indian market.

Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in the manufacturing industry, ensuring client acquisition, retention, and long-term partnerships.

Sales Process Management: Lead sales discussions, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure high-value partnerships.

Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the sales and consulting teams to enhance productivity and achieve business targets.

Proven ERP Sales Expertise: Demonstrated track record of successfully leading ERP sales, surpassing targets, and driving revenue.

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of ERP software and its integration into manufacturing business processes.

Exceptional Communication & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to articulate complex solutions, present to C-level executives, and close deals effectively.
