Job Description:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Email and SMS Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing campaigns that drive customer retention, engagement, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement email and SMS marketing strategies.

- Design engaging and personalized email and SMS campaigns.

- Segment and analyze customer data to improve targeting and personalization.

- Conduct A/B testing to optimize performance.

- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

- Ensure compliance with email and SMS marketing regulations.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in email and SMS marketing for ecommerce brands.

- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, BayEngage, Mailchimp).

- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
