Roles & Responsibility:
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment delivery.
- Conducting talent sourcing /talent screening.
- Interacting with candidates and conduct telephonic screening to capture details of their skills and experience.
- Responsible for scheduling interviews, Sourcing, Short- listing/Screening the suitable candidates as per the requirement.
- Handling first round of Telephonic screening interview in order to judge the candidate's suitability, attitude, academic & professional qualifications, experience, communication skills & stability.
- Optimizing search and selection of candidates through various sources like database, referral and by online recruitment services like - Naukri.com, Monster.com, LinkedIn.
- Gathering feedback on the profiles sent to the IBU's by maintaining timely coordination
- Networking, referencing for critical requirements.
- Timely follow-up with the candidates- From selection until they join the organization by helping them with the joining formality.
- Maintaining a systematic and comprehensive database of all candidates.
- Offer Negotiations and ensuring candidate joining on time.
- Preparing/ Maintaining Spread Sheets of the candidates based on their experience and skills for easy data mining.
