Key Responsibilities:-
Talent Management - This role is responsible for developing & retaining the talent & strengthen the company's culture & values
Trusted Advisor - Should be able to coach & enable leaders to enhance the effectiveness of people management, drive the HR agenda in tandem with the business priorities
Operational Effectiveness - Identify & drive process enhancements to maximize the HR impact
Employee Connects - Drive Employee Connects & assess the employee pulse. Present the findings to the relevant stakeholders & actionize as necessary to improve organizational effectiveness
Employee Engagement - Partner with the business teams to deliver HR programs & drive engagement initiatives/recognition
Experience : 6 -9 years in HR in the areas of HR Operations, Onboarding, Rewards & Recognition, Performance Management, Comp & Ben Administration, Employee Engagement, Benefits & Policies Administration, Employee Connects & Talent management
- Education - MBA / PG in HR
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask & collaborate with cross functional teams
- Ability to work with global stakeholders & drive independent conversations with stakeholders, cross functional teams
