Reporting To: Director / Director (S)


Candidate Profile:


- MBA in Marketing/ International Marketing/ sales from reputed institute.


- 17-20 years of experience in garments/apparel exports industry in similar capacity/relevant role with a successful track record of minimum 5 years in Senior Leadership role


- Should have minimum 10 years of International Marketing experience.


- Adept with P & L management


- Experience of UK/European and US market is preferred


- Conversant with digital/marketing terminologies with hands-on experience in all activities related to marketing.


Job Description:


- Building and increasing brand awareness by developing an effective marketing plan


- Formulating and reviewing the marketing budget


- Setting up of monthly/yearly targets, in collaboration with the Directorial team, performance analysis/review with relevant improvement plans.


- Monitoring the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns and strategies


- Build industry-specific campaigns with and without marketing automation tools.


- Integrate competitive intelligence into marketing planning by assessing competitor portfolios and growth strategies.


- Know-how of social media strategy, content posting, advertising, website, website development, fairs, etc. will be an advantage.


- Understand buyer/customer requirements and business opportunities clearly, leading to need-based/customized product development, segmentation, and other marketing plans.


- To be a constant social listener on all platforms and creating actionable intelligence for the marketing team


- Ensuring that the brands voice is maintained across all digital and social media platforms


- Research & analyze market trends and web analytics for us to reach out to new markets


- Link Marketing activities to revenue, and constantly look for ways to increase ROI.


- Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for marketing team


- Oversee and grow the marketing department, consistently identifying revenue opportunities within our established client base and managing consistent growth by securing new accounts


- Adept with both B2B & B2C sales


- Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, import/export laws, and quality standards in each target market.


- Overseeing the establishment and management of distribution channels such as wholesalers, retailers, e-commerce platforms, and agents in various international markets.


- Building and maintaining strong relationships with international clients, partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
