Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join the Founder's Office - Operations team. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong problem-solving skills, and are passionate about driving operational excellence. The selected candidate will work closely with the COO to ensure smooth operational functioning, monitor team performance, and contribute to strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Operational Coordination:
- Assist the Founder in day-to-day operational activities.
- Act as a liaison between multiple teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of initiatives.
2. Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze the performance metrics of various departments.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve team efficiency.
3. Strategic Support:
- Contribute to planning and execution of operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership.
4. Project Management:
- Oversee and manage cross-functional projects as assigned by the COO.
- Ensure timely completion of deliverables and maintain high-quality standards.
5. Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for operational enhancement and lead implementation of best practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement across teams.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in operations, project management or a similar role.
- MUST be able to communicate in Kannada, Hindi and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
- Experience in a fast-growing startup or SaaS company is a plus.
Work Schedule:
- Location: Work from office, Full-time.
- Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
