We are seeking a Sales Manager for the Treasury Risk Management- Xceler product, whose primary responsibility will be to drive sales and revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities with potential clients. You will work closely with the company's marketing and business development teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

1. Identifying and targeting potential clients: You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, such as exporters, importers, hedge funds, FPIs, NBFCs, looking for the Treasury Management Solutions. This will involve researching and analysing the industries and competitive offerings, as well as building relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.

2. Developing and executing sales strategies: You will work with the company's marketing and business development teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth. This may involve creating customized proposals, as per the requirements of the target companies and presentations for potential clients, as well as negotiating and closing deals.


3. Building and maintaining relationships: You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies. This may involve regular communication, follow-up, and ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

4. Meeting sales targets: You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. This will involve tracking sales metrics, analyzing sales data, and adjusting your sales strategy as needed to achieve your targets.

5. Reporting and analysis: You will be responsible for reporting on your sales activities and results, as well as analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

6. Collaboration: You will work closely with other departments, including product development, customer support, and finance, to provide a differentiated offering for varied market segment and to ensure that sales objectives are aligned with overall company goals and objectives.

7. Well versed and hands on, with the Product of the company.

8. The job involves travel within the country and overseas.

Required Skills and Experience:

The candidate must have good knowledge and understanding of:

- Treasury Products- FX, Money Markets, Trade, Cash management, Fixed Income, Currency Options, Currency Futures and Regulations.

- Knowledge about trade related working capital products.

- Work experience of 5-10 years of Treasury/Corporate Sales with a Bank or well-established company.

- Having good contacts with Large, Mid and Small size companies will be an added advantage.

Qualification- MBA/PGDBM from a reputed business school.
