Role Description:


This is a full-time remote role for a Growth Marketing Manager at Tangence India. The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing marketing campaigns, analyzing marketing data, managing projects, utilizing web analytics, and implementing marketing automation strategies.

Role and Responsibilities:


Objective: Generate high-quality leads from big companies in India through various digital marketing channels.


Responsibilities:


Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and brand awareness.

- Identify and evaluate new digital marketing opportunities and channels for Tangence India.

Campaign Management:

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, Social Media, Performance Marketing, and Email Marketing.

- Oversee the creation of marketing content, ensuring it aligns with Tangence India's brand and messaging.

- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.

Social Media:


- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content tailored to each platform.

- Develop social media strategies to increase engagement and followers from target big companies.


Performance Marketing:

- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns, including PPC, display advertising, and retargeting.

- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.

Website Management:


- Oversee website design and development projects to ensure optimal user experience and lead generation.

- Conduct regular website audits and implement necessary improvements.

Analytics and Reporting:


- Use analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing activities.

- Provide regular performance reports to senior management, including insights and recommendations.

Collaboration:


- Work closely with sales, design, and content teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.


- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as needed.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation for B2B services.

- Strong knowledge of SEO, social media, performance marketing, and website design and development.

- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience targeting big companies in the Indian market is a plus.
