- Managing multiple site operations

- Vendor Management

- Having periodic meeting with the clients to understand operational issues, feedbacks

- Establishing and maintaining appropriate procedures and standards based on the agreement / SOW / SLA

- Responsible for the profitability of the respective sites / units by analysing trends and initiating steps to improve on operating margins

- Ensuring that the service and general standards of operation is of the highest standard possible within the limits of budgeted profit targets.

- Site Crew management

- To guide the site team for implementation of systems and procedures.

- Building system management, Asset management, inventory management, maintenance management etc.

- Manage and administrate codes and regulatory compliances

- Co-ordination with Admin etc.

- Contract management,

- Budget formulation,

- Financial analysis

- Managing benchmarking services

- Managing audit activities

- To manage developmental efforts of the facility services to make innovative improvements in the facilities and facility service etc.

- Managing the AMC renewals

- Invoicing processing
