Tandem Allied Services - Manager - Accounts

Qualification: CA/CA Inter

Experience: Minimum 8 -10 yrs experience at the managerial level

Reporting to the Managing Director

Description:

- Managing the Daily operations of the Accounts Department

- Monitoring and analysing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements

- Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles

- Should be well-versed in Taxation matters, statutory compliances

- Finalisation of Accounts, preparation of Balance sheet etc.,

- Should manage the Statutory Audits, Internal/External Audits etc

- Must be able to handle all accounting functions independently

- Not more than 45 years of age

- Should be able to manage a team of 4-5 members

- Service industry experience would be an added advantage
