Role Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic Product Owner to lead the innovation and execution of Insurtech solutions using BPM and automation technologies.
- This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and industry insight to drive impactful solutions for the insurance sector.
- You will work with cross-functional teams to bring cutting-edge products to market, focusing on streamlining insurance processes through automation and advanced technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for BPM-driven Insurtech solutions, incorporating automation and AI technologies.
- Architect scalable and efficient solutions that align with industry standards and insurance compliance requirements.
- Drive innovation through R&D, integrating automation tools, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP) into insurance operations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define product specifications, technical architecture, and API integrations.
- Act as a key liaison across sales, customer success, business development, and operations teams to ensure product alignment with business objectives.
- Work with QA teams to develop comprehensive testing strategies to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Oversee Agile processes, managing sprints and product iterations for continuous improvements.
- Monitor and optimize product performance, ensuring robust and efficient handling of insurance workflows.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in product management or leadership roles within the Insurance Technology industry.
- Strong expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) and familiarity with automation technologies.
- In-depth understanding of API integration, system architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
- Proven experience in AI tools, machine learning, and automation.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in policy management, underwriting, claims automation, and compliance in the insurance industry.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, leading sprints, and working in a fast-paced environment.
