Manager - Business Development - International Market
Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets, with a specific focus on [Target Region/Country].
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing international clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
- Market Research & Insights: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans aligned with business growth objectives, considering international market dynamics.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams (marketing, product, delivery) to ensure seamless client engagement and successful project delivery.
- Proposal Development: Develop compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition and address client needs.
- Sales Excellence: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
- Global Mindset: Possess a global mindset, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and the ability to navigate international business practices.
- Night Shift Work: Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST) to facilitate effective communication with clients in different time zones.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/masters degree in business administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably with exposure to international markets.
- Proven track record of success in identifying, qualifying, and closing new business deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to adapt your approach to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to market research and sales planning.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and a strong sense of customer focus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
