Responsibilities :
- Build organic channels to acquire users and creator on the platform
- Designing and implementing various growth hacks, referral system, incentives systems to acquire and retain users.
- Designing data driven growth strategy and marketing campaigns.
- Building gaming communities of various genres and game formats on the platform.
- Crafting the performance marketing strategy for the company and managing the overall online marketing calendar around the same
- Measuring ROI and a set of other KPIs, based on in-depth analysis of standard digital metrics
- Liaising with multiple agencies, as well as internal offline and traditional marketing teams to devise and execute innovative marketing campaigns through the year
- Increasing the customer acquisition/Conversion/ROI by 200x, initiating new influencer tie-ups and brand ambassador tie ups
- Responsible for content marketing for all the social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, You tube, Twitter & new age platforms like MX Takatak, Chingari, Roposo & Sharechat.
- Ideation, scripting, and execution of video marketing content for various games
- Responsible for Brand Management and launching of various in-house games
- Managing brand alliances/celebrity endorsements and working towards getting maximum brand exposure/ROI through online channels.
- Responsible for coordinating with various digital and traditional marketing agencies
