We're looking for a dynamic recruiter to help scale our team, attracting top talent aligned with our vision and values.
1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer management.
2. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and build effective recruitment strategies.
3. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify high-quality candidates.
4. Proactively engage with passive candidates, building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
5. Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure seamless tracking and reporting of candidate progress.
6. Enhance our employer brand through creative recruitment campaigns and social media presence, positioning us as an employer of choice in the B2B SaaS space.
7. Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skillsets, cultural fit, and alignment with company values.
8. Coordinate interviews, provide timely feedback, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, talent market insights, and best practices in recruiting, particularly in the SaaS industry.
Requirements:
1.Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, with specific expertise in sourcing and employment branding.
2.Strong proficiency in sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media - LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and beyond.
3.Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases (familiarity with [specific ATS your company uses] is a plus).
4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
